We don’t offer mid-cycle upgrades or downgrades. Each plan is built around a dedicated team and specific strategy, so we commit fully to the scope agreed upon at the start of each month. If your needs change, we’ll revisit your plan at the start of your next billing cycle.
Technology costs are not included in our pricing. While you'll need your own accounts for platforms like Smartlead, HeyReach, and any calling tools, we do cover the cost of list building through our internal access to Clay — no separate subscription required.
Once onboarding is complete and we have everything we need from your team, most clients go live within 10–14 business days. This includes list building, messaging, tech setup, and campaign launch. For larger setups or Enterprise plans, we’ll share a detailed timeline during kickoff.
